THE BAND

After the breakup of the band 'Kallax', in which Michèl and Jayen were already making music together, Tristan and Jayen decided to found the new band Until We Meet Again. After the first rehearsal and meeting between Michèl and Tristan (early 2022), there was an immediate click between the trio. Tristan and Jayen both studied at the Herman Brood Academy during this early period of the band. The trio started writing music almost immediately and are now close to the release of their first EP. In the beginning of 2023 Sil joined the band as their new bassist. The name of the band came about only months after the band was founded after Jayen suggested the name to the other two band members. Since Tristan, Jayen and Michèl all come from different cities in the Netherlands (respectively: Amersfoort, Den Bosch, Maastricht), the trio thought “Until We Meet Again” was a fitting band name.
